VETARK Critical Care Formula - 150g

This formula has been produced to aid birds who are off their food or with wasting problems via enteral feeding i.e. food delivered via a tube / syringe. Each 100g contains 361 kcal of energy and 14.4g of protein. Made up at 1:2 1.4kcal per ml and the product components ensure absorption.

The product is made up freshly at each application and being a powder has great storage benefits over many liquid feeds. This product remains stable for months provided the container is sealed.

The formula is given at a dose rate of once scoop per 100g of animal per day and mixed one scoop of formula to two scoops of water.

Critical Care Formula has also been used with great success by pigeon owners for pre- and post-race conditioning and in this use is simply added to the drinking water.
